OK... All I know it that was the meme video about called "This is Sparta!" I know the memes but not the rally car. This is Sbarro Sparta.

I like the details of how it looks, colors and how it built.

What I don't like: it's how big is he and quirks and he is the Elite car and blueprint. Only get 16 BP cars to get him.

Hates: didn't like how is he looks and brand new.

But hey... This is my judgement. I don't ruined it and hurt their feelings.
